We specialize in manufacturing components and small assemblies from non ferrous materials including Titanium, Inconel, Stainless and Aluminium.
Our state of the art sheet metal processing equipment, with both Laser and punch capability covers all aspects of manufacture. Machine options include: Punching, Tapping, Forming, Engraving, Embossing, Countersinking, brush tables to enable scratch free machining and a 3.2Kw Co2 Laser. It is also equipped with a bespoke Argon Die to enable the laser cutting of Titanium with a significantly reduced heat affected zone and zero splatter.
Accreditations including ISO9001, 14001, and 18001 form the backbone of our quality procedures, however we work with each client individually to ensure their specific requirements are met. Our dedicated quality lab has inspection equipment for various applications and includes a 3D Faro measurement arm, 2D Inspecvision scanner, and height gauges.
Stringent quality procedures to include: First article inspection, Final quality inspection, Specific customer notes added to parts to ensure full compliance. Our bespoke MRP system allows full traceability of material, as well as processes, to ensure peace of mind for our customers.
