Hutchinson Engineering can process up to 4000x2000mm sheet sizes - Components over 4000mm long can be cut in 2 pieces and welded

Hutchinson Enineering has invested significantly in the latest laser technology. We have a range of flatbed laser machines for sheet metal and one Tube laser machine for Angle, Box, and pipe.

Hutchinson Engineering can accept all forms of AutoCAD and SolidWorks files including

We require that any flat pattern .DXF files be scaled 1:1 and an accompanying .PDF or .DWG file be sent detailing part dimensions, material thickness, material type and any additional processes required including folding and Tapping.

Can you manufacture to my design / specification?
Hutchinson Engineering specialises in taking a customer’s ideas from concept to reality. Our sister company, H360, carries out all our design work using SolidWorks, and Hutchinson Engineering’s vast manufacturing experience allows us to produce a prototype and full production if required.

Hutchinson Engineering can laser cut Aluminium, Hardox, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Titanium. We stock a large range of Angle, Box, Channel, Pipe, and Sheet in various grades. Please contact us for availability.
Q. Can we process free Issue material?
Yes, providing the surface is free from rust, and contamination. Material must be flat and blemish free.

Hutchinson Engineering has an onsite fabrication shop which can weld Aluminium, Mild Steel, and Stainless Steel. We utilise the latest MIG and TIG technology.
